# 新增與移除協作者

協作者可以查看並參與對話，但不會成為指派對象。 本文說明如何新增與移除協作者、他們在 Inbox 的顯示位置，以及他們的活動如何被記錄。

## 開始之前

* 協作者在 White Label 或 Reseller 計劃中無法使用。
* 一個對話最多可有 9 位協作者。

## 什麼是協作者？

協作者在對話中可以執行指派對象可做的所有操作，包括發送訊息、添加評論、更新標籤與聯絡人欄位，以及重新指派或關閉對話。

> AI 代理無法被加入為協作者。

## 如何新增協作者

有三種方式可將協作者新增至對話中。

### 從對話標題新增協作者

1. 點選位於 **指派** 下拉選單旁的 **協作者** 按鈕。

2. 在下拉選單中搜尋團隊成員。
3. 勾選每位人員旁的核取方塊以新增為協作者。

### 從快速操作選單新增協作者

1. 在對話列表中，從 **快速操作選單** 選擇 **協作者**。

2. 在下拉選單中搜尋團隊成員。
3. 勾選每位人員旁的核取方塊以新增為協作者。

### 在評論中提及以新增協作者

如果工作區已啟用 **透過 @mention 新增協作者** 設定，也可以透過在內部評論中標註（@mention）來新增團隊成員。

> 若已選取 9 位協作者，下拉選單中剩餘的選項會被停用，直到有協作者被移除為止。 當數量降回 8 位或更少時，被停用的選項將可再次選取。

選取協作者後：

* 協作者會顯示在指派對象旁 — 最多顯示 3 個大頭貼，超過的協作者則以計數顯示（例如 "+2"）。

* 下拉標頭會以 **協作者 (X/9)** 顯示數量 — 例如選取 1 位時顯示 **協作者 (1/9)**。

## 如何移除協作者

以下是在對話中移除協作者的方法：

1. 點選位於 **指派** 下拉選單旁的 **協作者** 按鈕，或在對話列表中從 **快速操作選單** 點選 **協作者**。
2. 取消勾選該協作者以將其移除。

任何協作者或指派對象皆可移除協作者 — 對於誰可以移除誰沒有任何限制。

移除後：

* 該對話將從該使用者的 **協作** Inbox 中消失。
* 他們會在 **通知中心** 收到被移除的通知。

## 常見問題與故障排除

### 我可以在同一則對話中同時擔任指派對象與協作者嗎？

是的，您可以在同一則對話中同時擔任兩個角色。

### 如果我將自己移除為協作者會發生什麼事？

該對話將不再出現在您的 **協作** Inbox 中。

若您為指派對象，您仍會在 **我的** Inbox 中看到該對話。

### 標註團隊成員是否會自動將其加入為協作者？

只有當工作區已啟用 **透過 @mention 新增協作者** 設定時才會如此。 前往 **設定** \> **工作區設定** \> **對話** \> **進階設定** \> 開啟 **透過 @mention 新增協作者**。

若該設定關閉，標註仍會通知您的團隊成員，但不會將其新增為協作者。
