### 支援的文件類型

Instagram 支援的文件類型及該類型的最大文件大小如下：

* **影片** (25 MB)
* **語音留言** (25 MB)

* **停用時**：對您的限時動態的回覆和反應**不會**開啟對話。

> 此開關僅適用於限時動態的回覆和反應。 **按讚**或在限時動態上**留言**，**不會**開啟對話。

對於新連接的 Instagram 頻道，此開關預設為啟用。

使用此開關的方法如下：

1. 前往 **頻道** \> **Instagram** 並點選 **管理**。
2. 導航至 **限時動態回覆**。
3. 將 **為限時動態回覆開啟對話** 開關設為開啟或關閉。

> 不論該開關為開啟或關閉，任何回覆或對您 Instagram 限時動態做出反應的人都會在 respond.io 成為聯絡人。

## 頻道限制

### 廣播

由於 Instagram 的限制，您無法透過此頻道發送廣播。

### 消失模式

Instagram API 不支援消失模式。 如果您希望使用消失模式，則 respond.io 平台上將不會收到任何訊息。
