# 微信快速啟動

## 取得微信公眾號

## 連結微信

### 步驟 1：前往頻道設定頁面

在您的 respond.io 工作區:

1. 點選左側邊欄的 **Settings**
2. 選擇 **Channels**

此頁面會顯示目前連接到您工作區的所有訊息頻道。 

### 步驟 2：開始新的 WeChat 頻道連線 

1. 點選 **新增頻道**
2. 選擇 **WeChat**
3. 點選 **Connect**

這將開啟 WeChat 頻道連線頁面，您可以在此開始授權您的 WeChat 官方帳號。

### 步驟 3：授權您的 WeChat 官方帳號

在 WeChat 連線頁面:

1. 選擇 **Connect**

2. WeChat 的 QR 碼會在 respond.io 平台顯示

3. 開啟 **WeChat 行動應用程式**，並使用 **您 WeChat 官方帳號的管理員帳號** 掃描 QR 碼。

4. 在 WeChat 應用程式中，依照畫面指示授權 respond.io 作為第三方平台並確認連線。

在此過程中，您正在授予 respond.io 以下權限：

* 接收發送至您 WeChat Official Account 的訊息
* 由 respond.io 發送回覆
* 同步帳戶資訊

> 此授權必須在 WeChat 官方帳號平台上直接完成，然後返回 respond.io。

若您尚未擁有 WeChat 官方帳號，請在嘗試連線前先建立一個。

### 步驟 4：確認連線成功 

完成授權後，您會返回 respond.io，並看到帶有以下訊息的確認畫面：

**您已成功連接 WeChat 官方帳號！**

這表示：

* 您的 WeChat 官方帳號現已連結至您的 respond.io 工作區
* respond.io 可以代表您的 WeChat 官方帳號接收和發送訊息

### **步驟 5：測試 WeChat 頻道連線** 

為確保連線正常運作，請執行以下測試：

1. 在手機上使用 **WeChat 行動應用程式**
2. 掃描確認畫面上顯示的 QR 碼
3. 向您的 WeChat 官方帳號發送訊息
4. 回到您在 respond.io 的 **Inbox 模組**
5. 確認該訊息是否出現在您工作區的 Inbox

如果該訊息出現在您的 Inbox，則 WeChat 頻道已成功設定。 

> 使用 **WeChat 行動應用程式** 掃描 QR 碼以進行測試。 

> WeChat 音訊訊息可能無法在 Google Chrome 播放，因為瀏覽器不支援 .wav 格式。 

### 步驟 6：完成設定 

點選 **Complete** 以在 respond.io 中完成頻道設定流程。 

完成後：

* 發送到您 WeChat 官方帳號的所有來訊都會在您的 respond.io Inbox 中接收
* 您可以直接在 respond.io 回覆客戶

## 通道配置

> 微信頻道可以配置唯一的頻道名稱。 該名稱將在內部用於識別帳戶。

### 步驟 1：開啟頻道設定頁面 

在您的 respond.io 工作區:

1. 點選 **Settings**
2. 選擇 **Channels**

此頁面顯示所有連接到您工作區的訊息頻道。 

### 步驟 2：進入您的 WeChat 頻道設定 

1. 找到您已連接的 **WeChat 頻道**
2. 點選 **Manage**

這會開啟 **WeChat 設定**頁面。

### 步驟 3：檢視可用的設定欄位 

在 WeChat 設定頁面，您會看到以下欄位：

**頻道名稱**

* 用於在您的 respond.io 工作區內識別此 WeChat 頻道的內部名稱。
* 此名稱不會顯示給您的用戶。
* 您可隨時編輯此欄位。

**應用編號**

* 指派給您 WeChat Official Account 的唯一識別碼。
* 此數值會在授權過程中自動擷取。
* 此欄位無法編輯。

## 常見問題和疑難排解

### 為何我無法接收傳入訊息？

要透過 WeChat 接收來訊，請確保：

* 您的 WeChat 官方帳號已通過驗證
* 您已成功完成連線流程
* 您已透過 QR 碼發送訊息測試過連線

若您的帳號未驗證，則無法透過 API 發送或接收訊息。

### 為何我的 WeChat 連線失敗？

如果您看到有關連線失敗的錯誤訊息，該訊息是直接由 **WeChat Official Account Platform** 返回，而非來自 respond.io。 

連線失敗的常見原因包括：

* 登入時授權未完成
* WeChat Official Account 的管理員權限不足
* 登入會話已過期或逾時
* 嘗試連線不支援的帳號類型

**處理方式**

1. 從 **Settings > Channels** 重新啟動連線流程
2. 重新登入 WeChat Official Account Platform
3. 確認您使用的是管理員帳號
4. 完成所有授權步驟

### 為何我的消息沒有送達？

如果微信用戶更改密碼，權限將會過期，需要刷新。

**步驟 1：** 前往 **Settings** \> **Channels**

**步驟 2：** 找到 WeChat Channel > **Manage** \> **Troubleshoot**

**步驟 3：** 點選 **Refresh Permission**
