Nếu Tên miền tùy chỉnh của bạn không hoạt động ngay thì có thể là CNAME vẫn chưa được truyền bá. > Sau khi bản ghi CNAME của bạn được cập nhật, bạn sẽ có thể đăng nhập vào Nền tảng đại lý thông qua tên miền của mình. ## Xử lý sự cố Nếu vì lý do nào đó mà tên miền tùy chỉnh của bạn vẫn không hoạt động sau khi làm theo các hướng dẫn ở trên, bạn có thể thử tạo bản ghi mới trỏ tới `47.52.81.46`. ### Thông báo lỗi HTTP 404 Nếu bạn nhận được thông báo lỗi 404 khi cố gắng truy cập tên miền tùy chỉnh của mình, ngay cả sau khi bản ghi DNS đã được cập nhật, là do tên miền tùy chỉnh chưa được cấu hình trên nền tảng respond.io.
