# Thông tin tài khoản (trước đây là Chung)

> Cài đặt này chỉ có thể được truy cập bởi **Quản trị viên tổ chức**, **Quản trị viên thanh toán** và **Quản trị viên người dùng** !

Có thể truy cập cài đặt này từ menu điều hướng Cài đặt trong mục menu phụ Cài đặt tổ chức, Thông tin tài khoản.

## Chỉnh sửa thông tin tổ chức

> Thông tin của Tổ chức chỉ có thể được chỉnh sửa bởi Quản trị viên Tổ chức. Người quản trị thanh toán và người quản trị người dùng chỉ có thể xem thông tin của Tổ chức.

**Bước 1: Điều hướng đến Cài đặt tổ chức**

Vào Cài đặt từ menu điều hướng bên.

**Bước 2: Thực hiện những thay đổi cần thiết**

Bạn có thể thay đổi những thông tin sau:

* tên tổ chức
* Số điện thoại của tổ chức
* Trang mạng

> Xin lưu ý rằng thông tin này chỉ được sử dụng để tham khảo nội bộ.

## **Cấp quyền chỉ xem cho nhóm của chúng tôi để hỗ trợ**

Nếu bạn cần trợ giúp trên nền tảng của chúng tôi, bạn có thể bật nút chuyển đổi **Cấp quyền cho nhóm respond.io truy cập tài khoản để được hỗ trợ.** Điều này giúp nhóm của chúng tôi có quyền xem tài khoản của bạn để cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật. Họ không thể sửa đổi, biên tập hoặc thay đổi dữ liệu của bạn và bạn có thể thu hồi quyền truy cập này bất kỳ lúc nào.
