# Bước: Ngày & Giờ

Bước này kiểm tra ngày và giờ hiện tại dựa trên các điều kiện đã xác định và hướng dẫn Liên hệ thực hiện theo Quy trình công việc cho phù hợp.

## Cấu hình

Có ba cấu hình có thể có trong Bước này

* **Múi giờ:** chọn múi giờ nơi doanh nghiệp của bạn hoạt động.
* **Giờ làm việc:** cài đặt giờ làm việc cho mỗi ngày theo múi giờ đã chỉ định.
* **Phạm vi ngày:** đặt ngày bắt đầu và ngày kết thúc theo múi giờ đã chỉ định.

## Nó hoạt động như thế nào

Bước này kiểm tra ngày và giờ hiện tại theo các điều kiện đã đặt. Nếu nằm trong ngày và giờ đã chỉ định, Người liên hệ sẽ tiến hành Bước tiếp theo.

**Nhánh thất bại**

Nếu các điều kiện về ngày và giờ không được đáp ứng, Liên hệ sẽ được chuyển hướng đến Chi nhánh lỗi. Nếu không có Bước nào được cấu hình trong Nhánh lỗi, quy trình công việc sẽ kết thúc.
