Google 日历 # Google 日历 > 适用于 Growth、Advanced、Enterprise 计划，以及所有 Legacy 计划。 Google 日历集成可将您的 Google 日历与 respond.io 工作区连接。 通过此集成，您可以： * 直接在 respond.io 查看过去和即将到来的会议 ## 开始之前 * 在 respond.io 中需具备 **所有者** 或 **经理** 角色。 * 一个 Google 日历账户。 > 连接团队应能查看的 Google 日历。 只有对该账户可见的会议和日历会显示在 respond.io 中。 局限性： * 每个工作区只能连接 1 个 Google 日历。 * 会议历史仅显示自当前日期起前后各 6 个月内的记录。 * 无法在 respond.io 中直接创建或编辑会议。 * 无法按单个坐席连接 Google 日历。 * 无法选择要同步哪些日历——已链接到该 Google 日历的所有日历都会自动同步。 * 来自次要日历（您订阅的日历）的事件会实时同步。 由于 Google 日历 API 的限制，这并非 100% 可靠，因此某些事件可能不会立即出现。 会每天进行一次完全重新同步以捕获遗漏的事项，因此某些事件可能会延迟至多一天。 ## 常见问题与故障排除 ### **为什么该联系人的会议未显示？** 会议通过电子邮箱地址匹配。 请检查 respond.io 中联系人的电子邮箱是否与 Google 日历中的邮箱完全一致。 ### 为什么会出现 Google 日历连接错误？ 您的 Google 日历令牌可能已过期。 前往 **设置 > 集成 > Google 日历** 并点击 **刷新** 以重新连接您的账户。 ### 如果我断开 Google 日历，会发生什么？ 断开连接将移除在 respond.io 中对会议的访问权限。 您需要重新连接才能恢复访问。 要断开连接，请前往 **设置** \> **集成** \> **Google 日历**，然后选择 **断开连接**。 ##
