# 开始使用 Respond.io

如果你已注册并登录，首先应在你的工作区完成**入职模块**。 

入职模块专为新用户设计，旨在帮助你正确设置 respond.io 并立即开始管理客户会话。

完成入职模块后，你将：

* **连接频道**，让客户对话流入你的 Inbox
* **设置生命周期**，以根据你的销售流程组织联系人
* **设置 AI 代理**，以自动化对话并减少人工工作
* **邀请团队成员**加入你的工作区以协作并分配工作负载

完成上述步骤后，你的工作区将全面设置完毕，可接收、管理并自动化对话。

## 什么是入职模块？ 

如果你是 **respond.io 平台的新用户**，首先应完成 **入职模块**。

入职模块是一个结构化的逐步入职清单，旨在引导首次使用者完成核心工作区设置。

完成此入职清单可确保你的工作区正确配置，使你能够：

* 开始接收并管理客户对话
* 使用生命周期跟踪潜在客户和客户
* 使用 AI 代理自动化对话
* 与你的团队成员协作

## 步骤 1：连接频道以统一消息和通话

要开始，请将至少一个消息频道连接到你的工作区。 这意味着客户可以通过他们选择的平台联系你，你的团队可以在一个地方处理所有事务。

连接频道后：

* 客户消息会出现在你的 Inbox
* 你的团队可以在统一的工作区内回复
* 来自不同平台的对话会集中到一个地方

## 步骤 2：了解生命周期如何将潜在买家转化为客户

一旦频道连接并开始接收对话，按联系人在销售流程所处阶段跟踪和组织他们会很有帮助。

生命周期可帮助你和你的团队：

* 从首次消息开始跟踪新潜在客户
* 识别高意向联系人
* 监控各阶段的转化进度
* 在报告模块查看销售管道的绩效
* 根据销售准备情况组织联系人

每个工作区都包含默认的生命周期阶段。 这使你能够立即开始跟踪联系人，无需额外设置。

如果你的销售流程不同，你可以通过添加或删除阶段来自定义生命周期。 点击 **自定义生命周期**，以使生命周期与销售漏斗对齐。

## 步骤 4：邀请团队成员协作处理聊天

你现在可以邀请其余团队成员了！ 这样你和团队就可以共享 Inbox 访问权限、分配对话并管理工作量分配。

添加新用户的方法如下：

1. 输入团队成员的电子邮件地址
2. 选择其访问级别（所有者、管理员或代理）
3. 点击 **邀请**
4. 系统将向他们发送邀请邮件。 他们必须点击邮件中的链接以接受邀请并获得对你工作区的访问权限。

如果你想撤销访问权限或编辑其访问级别，请在入职模块中点击 **配置工作区用户**。
