# 微信快速启动

## 获取微信官方帐号

## 连接微信

### 第 1 步：前往频道设置页面

在您的 respond.io 工作区：

1. 单击左侧边栏的 **设置**
2. 选择 **频道**

此页面显示当前连接到您的工作区的所有消息频道。

### 第 2 步：开始新的 WeChat 频道连接

1. 点击 **添加频道**
2. 选择 **WeChat**
3. 点击 **连接**

这将打开 WeChat 频道连接页面，您可以在此开始授权您的 WeChat 官方帐户。

### 第 3 步：授权您的 WeChat 官方帐户

在 WeChat 连接页面：

1. 选择 **连接**

2. respond.io 平台将显示来自 WeChat 的二维码弹窗

3. 打开 **WeChat 移动应用**，并使用 **您的 WeChat 官方帐户的管理员账户** 扫描二维码。

4. 在 WeChat 应用中，按照屏幕指示授权 respond.io 作为第三方平台并确认连接。

在此过程中，您正在授予 respond.io 以下权限：

* 接收发送到您 WeChat 官方帐户的消息
* 通过 respond.io 发送回复
* 同步账户信息

> 必须在 WeChat 官方帐户平台上直接完成授权，然后返回 respond.io。

如果您尚未拥有 WeChat 官方帐户，请在尝试连接之前先创建一个。

### 第 4 步：确认连接成功

完成授权后，您将返回 respond.io，并看到带有以下信息的确认屏幕：

**您已成功连接 WeChat 官方帐户！**

这意味着：

* 您的 WeChat 官方帐户现已链接到您的 respond.io 工作区
* respond.io 可以代表您的 WeChat 官方帐户接收并发送消息

### **第 5 步：测试 WeChat 频道连接**

为确保连接正常，请执行以下测试：

1. 在手机上使用 **WeChat 移动应用**
2. 扫描确认屏幕上显示的二维码
3. 向您的 WeChat 官方帐户发送消息
4. 返回 respond.io 中的 **Inbox 模块**
5. 确认该消息是否出现在您的工作区 Inbox 中

如果消息出现在您的 Inbox 中，则 WeChat 频道已成功配置。

> 使用 **WeChat 移动应用** 扫描二维码以进行测试。

> WeChat 的语音消息可能无法在 Google Chrome 中播放，因为浏览器不支持 .wav 格式。

### 第 6 步：完成设置

点击 **完成** 以在 respond.io 中完成频道设置流程。

完成后：

* 所有发送到您 WeChat 官方帐户的入站消息都会显示在您的 respond.io Inbox
* 您可以直接在 respond.io 中回复客户

## 频道配置

> WeChat 频道可以配置唯一的频道名称。 此名称将用于内部标识账户。

### 第 1 步：打开频道设置页面

在您的 respond.io 工作区：

1. 点击 **设置**
2. 选择 **频道**

此页面显示连接到您的工作区的所有消息频道。

### 第 2 步：访问您的 WeChat 频道设置

1. 找到已连接的 **WeChat 频道**
2. 点击 **管理**

这将打开 **WeChat 配置** 页面。

### 第 3 步：查看可用的配置字段

在 WeChat 配置页面，您将看到以下字段：

**频道名称**

* 用于在您的 respond.io 工作区中识别该 WeChat 频道的内部名称。
* 此名称对客户不可见。
* 您可以随时编辑此字段。

**应用程序 ID**

* 分配给您 WeChat 官方帐户的唯一标识符。
* 该值将在授权过程中自动检索。
* 此字段不可编辑。

## 常见问题和疑难解答

### 为什么我不能收到入站信息？

要通过 WeChat 接收入站消息，请确保：

* 您的 WeChat 官方帐户已通过验证
* 您已成功完成连接流程
* 您已通过二维码发送消息来测试连接

如果您的帐户未通过验证，则无法通过 API 发送或接收消息。

### 为什么我的 WeChat 连接失败？

如果您看到有关连接失败的错误信息，该错误直接来自 **WeChat 官方帐户平台**，而非 respond.io。

连接失败的常见原因包括：

* 登录时授权未完成
* WeChat 官方帐户的管理员权限不足
* 登录会话已过期或超时
* 尝试连接不支持的账号类型

**解决方法**

1. 从 **设置 > 频道** 重新启动连接流程
2. 重新登录 WeChat 官方帐户平台
3. 确保您使用的是管理员账号
4. 完成所有授权步骤

### 为什么我的消息没有到达？

如果一个 WeChat 用户修改了他们的密码，权限将会过时，需要刷新。

**步骤 1:** 转到 **设置** \> **频道**

**步骤 2:** 找到 WeChat 频道 > **管理** \> **故障排除**

**步骤 3:** 单击 **刷新权限**
