# 微信快速启动

将您的 WeChat 官方帐户连接到 respond.io，以便直接在您的工作区 Inbox 中接收并回复 WeChat 消息。 本指南介绍如何连接、测试并配置您的 WeChat 频道。

## 开始之前

* 需要经过验证的 **WeChat 官方帐户**。 [在此创建](https://respond.io/zh/blog/wechat-official-account#toc-mobile-7)，如果您还没有。
* 需要对 WeChat 官方帐户具有管理员访问权限，才能授权连接。
* 未经验证的帐户无法通过 API 发送或接收消息。

## 如何连接 WeChat

1. **前往** 您的 respond.io 工作区的 **设置** \> **频道**。
2. **点击添加频道**。
3. **选择** **WeChat** 并点击 **连接**。
4. **在 WeChat 连接页面上，** **点击** **连接**。 WeChat 会弹出二维码。
5. **打开** **WeChat 移动应用**，并使用您 WeChat 官方帐户的管理员账号扫描二维码。
6. **按照** WeChat 应用中的屏幕指示操作，授权 respond.io 成为第三方平台。

在授权过程中，respond.io 将被授予以下权限：

* 接收发送到您 WeChat 官方帐户的消息
* 通过 respond.io 发送回复
* 同步账户信息

> 必须在 WeChat 官方帐户平台上直接完成授权，然后返回 respond.io。

**确认** 连接。 会出现成功消息：“您已成功连接 WeChat 官方帐户！”

## 如何测试 WeChat 频道连接

1. **在手机上打开** **WeChat 移动应用**。
2. **扫描** 确认屏幕上显示的二维码。
3. **发送** 消息到您的 WeChat 官方帐户。
4. **前往** respond.io 中的 **Inbox** 模块。
5. **确认** 该消息是否出现在您的工作区 Inbox 中。

如果消息出现，则 WeChat 频道已成功配置。

> WeChat 的语音消息可能无法在 Google Chrome 中播放，因为浏览器不支持 .wav 格式。

**点击** **完成** 以完成频道设置。

## 如何配置您的 WeChat 频道

1. **导航**到 **设置** \> **频道**。
2. **找到** 您已连接的 **WeChat** 频道并点击 **管理**。
3. **查看** 可用的配置字段：
* **频道名称** — 用于在您的工作区识别此 WeChat 频道的内部名称。 对联系人不可见。 可随时编辑。
* **App ID** — 分配给您 WeChat 官方帐户的唯一标识符。 在授权过程中自动检索。 此字段不可编辑。

## 常见问题和疑难解答

### 为什么我不能收到入站信息？

要通过 WeChat 接收入站消息，请确保：

* 您的 WeChat 官方帐户已通过验证
* 您已成功完成连接流程
* 您已通过二维码发送消息来测试连接

如果您的帐户未通过验证，则无法通过 API 发送或接收消息。

### 为什么我的 WeChat 连接失败？

如果您看到有关连接失败的错误信息，该错误直接来自 **WeChat 官方帐户平台**，而非 respond.io。

连接失败的常见原因包括：

* 登录时授权未完成
* WeChat 官方帐户的管理员权限不足
* 登录会话已过期或超时
* 尝试连接不支持的账号类型

**解决方法**

1. 从 **设置 > 频道** 重新启动连接流程
2. 重新登录 WeChat 官方帐户平台
3. 确保您使用的是管理员账号
4. 完成所有授权步骤

### 为什么我的消息没有到达？

如果一个 WeChat 用户修改了他们的密码，权限将会过时，需要刷新。

**步骤 1:** 转到 **设置** \> **频道**

**步骤 2:** 找到 WeChat 频道 > **管理** \> **故障排除**
