您可以通过**设置**导航菜单中的工作区设置子菜单项**结束语**访问此设置。

结束语是一些对话摘要，可以帮助管理人员更好地理解联系人和平台之间的对话，而无需了解详细信息。

结束语由两部分组成：对话类别和摘要。 用户可以从下拉菜单中选择一个类别，并且可以在此设置中配置这些类别。

摘要是供用户自由输入的文本，用于总结对话以向其经理提供背景信息。

## 结束语设置

根据组织的需要，有几种选项可以配置此设置。

**结束语对话是可选的 & 摘要是可选的**

用户可以选择以结束语或不以结束语结束对话。

**结束语对话框是必需的 & 摘要是可选的**

用户需要用结束语来结束每次对话。 他们必须选择一个对话类别。 但是，摘要是可选的。

**结束语对话框是强制性的 & 摘要是强制性的**

用户需要用结束语来结束每次对话。 他们需要选择一个对话类别并输入对话摘要。

**关闭注释对话框已禁用**

用户可在未结束注释的情况下继续结束对话。 用户将无法选择以结束语来结束对话。

## 对话类别

### 添加对话类别

**步骤 1：导航至结案记录**

从侧面导航菜单中，从菜单中选择 **设置** ，然后选择 **结束语**。

**第 2 步：按“添加类别”**

在顶部栏中，按下蓝色的 **添加类别** 按钮， **添加对话类别** 对话框就会打开。

**步骤3：填写所需信息**

| 字段   | 描述                       |
| ---- | ------------------------ |
| 类别名称 | 对话类别的名称                  |
| 描述   | 对话类别的描述将在“结束语”对话框中显示给用户。 |

**步骤 4：添加对话类别**

填写完字段后，按蓝色 **ADD** 按钮创建对话类别。

### 编辑对话类别

如果您需要更改现有类别，您可以通过从操作菜单中选择 **编辑** 来进行更改。 请记住，您只能编辑对话类别的描述。

> 如果您希望重命名类别，我们建议您删除现有类别并使用您喜欢的名称创建一个新类别。

### 删除对话类别

如果对话类别不再相关或与另一个类别重复，则可以从操作菜单中选择 **删除** 将其从工作区中删除。

> 删除类别时要小心，因为它可能会被工作区中的其他用户使用。 请记住，删除操作无法撤消。

## 创建摘要

您可以在结束对话之前添加对话摘要，以便为队友提供相关背景信息。 使用 **AI 摘要**，您现在可以自动生成此摘要，然后在发布之前对其进行审核和编辑。

要生成 AI 摘要：

1. 在对话结束时打开 **结束语** 对话框。
2. 单击 **总结** 按钮。
3. 将根据最新打开的对话（最多 100 条消息）生成 AI 摘要。
4. **发布之前请检查并编辑** 。

您还可以使用 **AI Prompts**来增强或优化内容，它支持默认和自定义提示选项。
