คำถามที่พบบ่อยและการแก้ไขปัญหา
รูปแบบข้อมูลไม่รองรับ
ข้อมูลที่ไม่ได้รับการสนับสนุน เช่น การ์ด Google Assistant จะไม่ปรากฏในแพลตฟอร์มและจะถูกละเว้นโดย respond.io
รูปแบบข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้อง
รูปแบบข้อมูลมีข้อกำหนดที่เข้มงวดและค่าคีย์ที่หายไปจะส่งผลให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ เช่น ไม่ปรากฏในแพลตฟอร์ม ปรากฏไม่ถูกต้อง ฯลฯ
เวลาล่าช้ามากกว่า 5 วินาที
หากคุณมีเกณฑ์การทำงานที่ซับซ้อน เช่น การเชื่อมต่อกับบริการของบริษัทภายนอกที่ทำการสอบถามก่อนที่จะส่งคืนการตอบสนอง คุณจำเป็นต้องพิจารณาความล่าช้าของเวลาดังที่อธิบายไว้ใน เอกสาร Dialogflow ที่นี่. การตอบสนองต้องถูกส่งคืนภายใน 5 วินาที มิฉะนั้น webhook จะล้มเหลวและจะไม่มีการส่งกลับไปยัง DialogFlow และ respond.io
