Your unique referral link lets you invite others to join respond.io. When someone signs up through your link and becomes a paying customer, you'll earn $100!

After your first successful referral, you'll receive an email with steps to set up your PartnerStack account and withdraw your rewards.

Note: Referral customers are not eligible for refunds.

After you’ve registered, you will receive an email with your unique referral link.

After your referral becomes a paying customer, your reward will be credited to your PartnerStack account. Referral rewards become available for cash out on your Rewards & Withdrawals page around the 13th of the following month, in line with our billing cycles.

You can withdraw your rewards via PayPal, Stripe or Direct Deposit, depending on availability in your country. Learn how to add a payment method here.

No limits on referrals! The more businesses you refer, the more you earn.

Unfortunately, referral rewards can only be credited if your referral signs up using your unique link. If they don't, we won't be able to track and reward the referral.

PartnerStack, our referral portal, may take up to 24 hours to update. If you see a “Sign Up” on your dashboard, but “Paid Sign Up” still isn’t visible after this period, contact us here.

If your referral signed up more than 90 days after clicking your link, the signup won’t be tracked.

Additionally, if they used a different browser or cleared their cookies, the tracking data will NOT be recorded.

You can check your PartnerStack Dashboard, under "Pending commissions" or "Paid commissions" to confirm your reward payout. If you’re still facing issues, contact us here.
