Can I use Respond.io for free?

Yes, our free plan provides access to all features and channels. Use this plan to connect all your channels and take our platform for a test drive. Once you are close to reaching contact limit, we’ll remind you to upgrade.

What happens if I reach my contact limit?

You’ll still be able to communicate with all your existing contacts but conversations from new contacts, above your contact limit, won’t be shown until you upgrade.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, just go to the Billing section of the Platform, and click Cancel Subscription.

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

What counts as a contact?

Once your channels are connected, every Messaging App or Web Chat user that messages you becomes a contact. They remain a contact with metadata and chat history until you delete them.

Are volume discounts available?

We offer customized packages for enterprise. If you forecast more contacts than available in our packages, get in touch with us. We can help set up a package for your needs.

How can I upgrade my plan?

Upgrade your plan at any time in the Billing section of the Platform, select a plan then click Subscribe.

Do you have any cancellation fees?

No. Respond.io a pay-as-you-go service. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
