Referral Program Agreement

This Referral Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is effective as of 12th March 2025.

1. Introduction

This agreement explains how respond.io allows its customers or users (Referrers) to earn rewards by referring new customers. By joining the Referral Program, you agree to its terms. respond.io will handle personal data according to its Privacy Policy.

2. Referrer Eligibility

To participate in the respond.io Referral Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country).
  • Be a current respond.io user with a paid subscription.
  • Have an account that is active and in good standing (no overdue payments).
  • Not be a respond.io employee, reseller, distributor, or marketing partner.

3. How to Participate

To participate in the Referral Program, you must:

  • Generate and share your unique referral link with your connections.
  • Your referral must sign up using your unique link for you to qualify for rewards.
  • Once the referred individual becomes a paid customer, you will receive an email notification confirming your first successful referral.
  • The email will include instructions on how to sign up for the PartnerStack referral dashboard, where you can withdraw their rewards.

4. Receiving Incentives & Refund Policy

When your referral becomes a paying customer, your reward will be credited to your PartnerStack account.

  • You can cash out your rewards on the Rewards & Withdrawals page.
  • Payouts are typically available around the 7th of the following month, following our billing cycles to ensure a seamless process.
  • respond.io is not responsible for any incorrect email addresses or referral link errors submitted by the Referrer.
  • Incentives are non-transferable, have no cash alternative, and are limited to one (1) per qualified referral.
  • Referred customers who sign up through the Referral Program are not eligible for subscription refunds. All sales made through a referral are final and non-refundable.

4.1 Geographic Availability

  • Direct deposit payouts are limited to the following 50 countries:

Australia, Argentina, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States of America, and Vietnam.

  • Payments are not available to sanctioned countries and territories, including: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and these territories: Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk.

5. Warranties

5.1 Warranties & Referrer Responsibilities

All incentives are provided "as is" and "as available", without any guarantees. respond.io makes no promises about the quality, availability, or suitability of incentives for any specific purpose.

  • Lost, damaged, or stolen incentives will not be replaced. respond.io is not responsible for such incidents.
  • Incentives are subject to the terms of the reward issuer, including any conditions that apply to their use.
  • The Referrer is responsible for any taxes, fees, or legal filings related to receiving the incentive.

By participating in the Referral Program, the Referrer agrees to the following:

  • The Referrer must not misrepresent or make promises about respond.io or its services to potential customers.
  • The Referrer must not act as an employee or contractor or create any misleading impressions about their relationship with the company.
  • By participating in the Referral Program, the Referrer agrees that respond.io may process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

respond.io is not responsible for any indirect or unexpected losses related to the Referral Program. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.
  • Any incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Fraud and Abuse

respond.io has the right to review and investigate referrals for any signs of fraud or misuse. If fraud or abuse is suspected, respond.io may withhold incentive payments.

Incentives will not be paid for:

  • Referrals generated using paid advertising.
  • Any other unauthorized or deceptive methods.
  • respond.io reserves the right to reject referrals or deny participation in the program at its sole discretion.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Governing Law & Disputes

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any legal disputes must be handled in the state or federal courts in Hong Kong.
  • Both parties must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If any part of this Agreement is legally prohibited, it will be considered void.

8.2 Agreement Changes, Feedback & Independent Relationship

  • respond.io may update, modify, or cancel this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version on its website.
  • If you provide feedback or suggestions about respond.io or the Referral Program, respond.io has the right to use it for any purpose, without compensation.
  • This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and respond.io. You cannot act on behalf of respond.io or make commitments for the company.
