Kontaktobjekt
Um erweiterte Anwendungsfälle der API zu ermöglichen, wird das Kontaktobjekt von der Plattform an die Anforderung angehängt. Das cId-Element im Kontaktobjekt reflektiert den gleichen Wert, wie er in der Kontakte-API verwendet wird.

FAQ und Problemlösung
Nutzlast wird nicht unterstützt
Alle nicht unterstützten Nutzlasten, z. B. Google Assistant-Karten, werden nicht auf der Plattform angezeigt und von respond.io ignoriert.
Falsches Nutzlastformat
Nutzlastformate sind streng, und fehlende Schlüsselwerte führen zu unerwünschten Ergebnissen, d. h. sie erscheinen nicht auf der Plattform oder erscheinen falsch usw.
Zeitverzögerung von mehr als 5 Sekunden.
Wenn Sie komplexe Erfüllungskriterien haben, z. B. die Verbindung zu einem Drittanbieter-Service, der Abfragen durchführt, bevor eine Antwort zurückgegeben wird, müssen Sie die beschriebene Zeitverzögerung im Dialogflow-Dokumentation hier berücksichtigen. Die Antwort muss innerhalb von 5 Sekunden zurückgegeben werden, andernfalls schlägt der Webhook fehl und es wird keine Antwort an DialogFlow und respond.io zurückgegeben.
