Se si sta costruendo un Agente Dialogflow che utilizza Fulfillment estensivamente, troverete i dati trasmessi dal provider del canale utili per la vostra applicazione. Questi dati vengono passati dalla piattaforma respond.io a Dialogflow utilizzando il campo originalDetectIntentRequest .

Per consentire un utilizzo più avanzato dei casi dell'API, l'oggetto Contatto è allegato alla richiesta della piattaforma. L'elemento cId nell'oggetto Contatto riflette lo stesso valore utilizzato nell'API Contatti.

FAQ e Risoluzione dei problemi

Payload non supportato

Qualsiasi payload non supportato, ad es. carte di Google Assistant, non apparirà sulla piattaforma e sarà ignorato da respond.io.

Formato payload non corretto

I formati dei payload sono rigidi e qualsiasi valore chiave mancante porterà a risultati indesiderati, ad es. non apparire sulla piattaforma, apparire in modo errato, ecc.

Tempo di latenza superiore a 5 secondi

Se hai criteri di adempimento complessi, ad es. connettersi a un servizio di terze parti che esegue query prima di restituire una risposta, allora devi considerare il tempo di latenza come descritto nella documentazione di Dialogflow qui. La risposta deve essere restituita entro 5 secondi altrimenti il webhook fallisce e non verrà restituita alcuna risposta a DialogFlow e respond.io.
