常见问题和故障排除

不支持的负载

任何不支持的负载，例如 Google Assistant 卡，将不会出现在平台上，并将被 respond.io 忽略。

负载格式错误

负载格式严格，任何缺失的键值将导致不理想的结果，即不出现在平台上、出错等。

时间延迟超过 5 秒

如果您有复杂的实现标准，例如在返回响应之前连接某些第三方服务进行查询，则必须考虑 Dialogflow 文档中的时间延迟。 响应需要在 5 秒内返回，否则 Webhook 将失败，响应将不会返回给 DialogFlow 和 respond.io。
