Are WhatsApp fees included in the respond.io subscription?

WhatsApp fees are not included in any respond.io subscription. Meta charges these fees based on your usage.

You can top up your WhatsApp credit on our platform for WhatsApp calls or marketing, utility and authentication conversations. Service conversations are free. Check out our WhatsApp Business API Pricing Calculator for an estimate of how much your messages can cost or contact us for the latest WhatsApp rates.

What is a Monthly Active Contact (MAC)?

A Monthly Active contact is someone you have talked to over calls or chat during the billing month. If a contact messages or calls your business or you initiate a conversation with them, they count as a Monthly Active Contact for that month.

What if I reach my Monthly Active Contact Limit?

If you reach your Monthly Active Contact limit, you can continue working as per usual but will be charged MAC Overcharges for the excess contacts. MAC Overcharges will be charged at the end of the billing month via your payment method in blocks of 100 MACs.

What is a Broadcast Message?

Broadcast messages are messages that are sent via respond.io’s Broadcast Module. Outbound messages sent through the Messages Module are not considered broadcast messages.To estimate the amount of Broadcast Messages multiply the number of targeted contacts by the number of content blocks. For example when sending a broadcast to 10 contacts with 1 text content block and 1 image content block you will be sending 20 Broadcast Messages.

What are Respond AI Credits?

Respond AI Credits represent the total number of responses you can generate during a billing cycle. Whenever Respond AI creates a response for you, it counts as 1 credit. You can view your credit usage in the Billings and Usage section of the Platform.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, just go to the Billing section of the Platform, and click Cancel Subscription. You will continue to receive the features and limits of your plan until the end of the billing cycle.

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also offer alternative payment methods for Custom plans. Talk to our team to learn more.

How can I upgrade my plan?

Upgrade your plan at any time in the Billing section of the Platform, select a plan then click Subscribe.

If you’re on a Legacy Plan, you have the option to stay on your current plan or upgrade to our latest pricing, which offers more tailored options and additional features to better suit your needs.
