To set up a WhatsApp quick reply, launch WhatsApp Business App on your mobile device.
1. Go to the Business tools page (the shop icon under WhatsApp Business) and tap Quick replies.
2. Tap the Add quick reply button (+ icon).
3. Enter a shortcut for your quick reply. Shortcuts allow you to swiftly find a quick reply from a list, especially useful if you have a long list. For this example, we’ll use thanks1.
4. Enter a reply message. You can also attach an image to the message – your text will appear underneath the image. When you’re satisfied with your message, tap Save.

1. Click Settings (gear icon) followed by Snippets.
