Why use respond.io for Cal.com
Respond.io is built for mid-market B2C businesses whose agents book demos, consultations or follow-ups in the middle of a conversation. The integration supports personal and team event types, but not Cal.com Organization event types or Organization-level booking visibility. If your team books through Organization event types, those links and meetings won’t show in respond.io.
- Phone number matching links meetings to messaging contacts who never shared an email address
- Unconfirmed status shows which bookings still need a nudge before the meeting
- Meeting history covers 6 months back and 6 months forward from today
- Enterprise-grade reliability with 99.999% uptime, ISO 27001, GDPR compliance and role-based access controls
FAQs about Cal.com integration
Why don’t new Cal.com event types appear in respond.io?
New event types don’t sync automatically. Go to Settings > Integrations > Cal.com and click Refresh to pull them in.
What happens if the Cal.com webhook gets deleted?
The connection breaks, because respond.io relies on the webhook it creates in your Cal.com account. Go to Settings > Integrations > Cal.com and click Refresh to restore it.
Why aren’t Cal.com meetings matching my contacts?
The contact’s email or phone number in respond.io must exactly match what’s in Cal.com. Even small differences like spaces or special characters break the match.
Which respond.io plans include the Cal.com integration?
Growth, Advanced and Enterprise plans. You’ll need an Owner or Manager role in respond.io to connect it.
